In the early days, Artistic Flooring was nothing more than one man, a few tools and a belief that floors should be installed with the same care you’d use in your own home. Founder Billy Kraus started the company with a passion for wood, an eye for detail and a mission to bring honesty, integrity and artistry back to flooring.Today, Billy is still deeply involved in every part of the business. Alongside a growing team of professional flooring installers in Virginia Beach, finishers and project managers, he continues to share the same commitment to quality over quantity throughout Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area.
