Billy and his team did a wonderful job with our floors. We have two different woods on the first floor and wanted them to be the same color. They were able to sand them down, stain/seal and get them to match. The employees were all great and took time to listen to any concerns and answer all of my questions. Will definitely use again for my next flooring project.

I have been satisfied with the services of this company. They were prompt in returning our call and setting an appointment for an estimate. They were on time for the estimate and provided an estimate within one day. They were prompt in communicating with us when we decided to install with them and set a date that worked within our schedule. Then the fantasic four (Anthony, Antoni, Caleb and Bill) arrived on time every day and worked hard until the end of the day. The fantastic four asked questions, lifted and moved our furniture carefully to not scratch our LVP floors, even the big heavy furniture! Highly impressed with their attention to detail and installation! However, communication could have been improved by letting us know promptly if there was a change in our estimate because of the luan removal and disposal and how much that was going to be instead of at the end of the job. We were not informed until an hour before the end and did not write the proper amount on our payment and subsequently had to submit another payment later for the difference. This, however, did not affect their overall 5 star rating. Their services were still worth the price paid. Thank you so much for your time and hardwork! We love our new LVP floors!
