Do you move and reset furniture?

Yes, we do move and reset furniture. Although, there are some restrictions on what our team can and can’t do. We are limited to moving and resetting heavier items such as pianos, fish tanks, safes, and pool tables. Furthermore, we often ask that all breakables be removed from the areas receiving new floors, and all electronics be unplugged; during our sanding and refinishing process, we ask that all the furniture be removed before the project.

Do you offer financing?

Do you offer repairs?

At Artistic Flooring, we pride ourselves on having skilled artisans on our team. Furthermore, repairs come on a case-by-case basis due to many factors, such as the age of the damaged flooring, the type of flooring, and more. We may ask for photos of the repair needed before coming out for an in-home consultation. There may also be a minimum fee to perform the repair.

Can my hardwood floors be buffed and coated?

Buffing and coating is a great way to revive your hardwood floors by abrating the top coat and adding a new one. However, this comes with many variables, and not all hardwood floors can have this service performed. We may ask what cleaner was used on the hardwood floors, how long ago the last sand and refinish was performed, and what finish was used. Furthermore, we may need to do a spot in an area that can be sampled to ensure the new top coat will adhere to the existing hardwood. Unfortunately, not all floors can be buffed and coated, and we may need to perform sand and refinish.

How long will it take for the job to be completed?

Turn key times for projects vary greatly based on factors such as job size, type of floors, and existing flooring that needs to be removed. We are happy to discuss a finish date during your in-home estimate.

Do you provide a military discount?

Do you remove and dispose of existing flooring?  

You don’t need to worry about hauling away your old flooring. We take care of throwing away your existing carpet, padding, wood, or laminate.

Do you offer self-leveling services?

Self-leveling is the foundation of a floor that will stand the test of time. Prep work is the most important part of your LVP or Laminate flooring project. Furthermore, we are experts in self-leveling services. Moreover, pricing varies based on how many bags may be needed to achieve the flatness required to adhere to the warranty of the floor purchased.
