The owners were extraordinary in quickly coming to give us an estimate and then soon after providing sample pieces of what their products and services could provide in changing the appearance of our red oak floors to white oak. They and their technician really delivered! They were attentive to our questions and concerns during the process. We could not be happier that we found Artistic Flooring and that their confidence in their ability to transform our floors came to fruition. We love the new look of our floors!

Services were done quickly and the floors are very durable(I’ve already dropped things on them). They also worked with me on pricing for the LVP flooring I wanted. They showed me what different shades of color would look like in the home. Very professional workers and office staff, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Deanna and Billy were very friendly and pleasant, and very accommodating. They were patient as we decided what floors we wanted and let us take home samples to compare, and thorough when asking what we wanted done. I had another quote and done before Artistic Flooring, and he was charging almost double for less quoted work (said nothing about our doorjams needing replaced due to the gap in changing the elevation in the floor). Billy, the owner of Artistic Flooring caught this right away and gave a fair quote. We were scheduled only a month out, and the work got done in about a week. Deanna also allowed us to run a Synchrony credit plan, so we didn't have to pay the entire cost upfront. The actual workers that came to the house, Caleb and Ant, were extremely friendly and accommodating, and very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend this small business for all of your flooring renovations in the Hampton Roads area!

My wine cooler leaked and ruined my wood floors….and Billy was able to provide me a quick and cost friendly quote. My floors look good as new and the project was completed in a timely manner. The crew at Artistic are absolutely outstanding and true craftsman.

These guys are the best in the business hands down. After ripping up the carpet in my new house, I discovered an original hardwood parquet floor that was in rough shape after decades of being trashed. I had other companies tell me this floor couldn't be saved, but Billy and his team restored it back to original 1960s showroom catalog quality. It brings a tear to my eye how great this floor looks. It completely transformed the whole house! Their attention to detail was superb. They glued every last loose piece (and there were a bunch), the transitions and shoe moldings were stained and cut perfectly, and they even custom built these awesome looking faux vent covers to hide the concrete eyesores that the last owners left behind when they abandoned the old radiant floor heating/cooling system. I also had them install LVP flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and they did just as great of a job there too. Finally, I'm very grateful that Billy, Deanna, Chris, Caleb, and Anthony were all super friendly, patient, and helpful throughout this entire process. I asked a million and one questions, and we encountered several curveballs along the way, but they provided excellent customer service and high quality work every step of the way. Refinishing parquet floors is not like your typical sanding and staining job. It's a lost art that requires lots of attention to detail and specialized skill. It's not something that just anyone can do. Billy and the team at Artistic Flooring are well worth every cent, and now I understand why they have so many great reviews. Use these guys and don't look back. You'll be glad you did!

They were very kind and attentive every step of the way, from picking out the flooring, to the days of the floor installation to the day of settling up the bill. The office people were just as nice as the field people that did the construction. We almost went with a lowes contractor to do our floors but the lowes contracting company wouldn't guarantee that they would repair our subfloor and said if there was subfloor damage that they would ditch us and leave us mid job instead of repairing the subfloor. So then we found this company. Deanna and Billy came out to check out our space, take measurements and listen to our concerns. Deanna helped us pick out a flooring and let us take the sample home to see how we liked it in our space. Chris and Anthony and all of the guys that came to the house to do the actual repair were so pleasant, kind and helpful that even though the whole job took 4 days and was a bit more intense than anticipated, they made it less stressful. They were competent and cared about what they were doing which really meant a lot. Our subfloor required quit a few repairs and they made sure to check on old joists and fix them before they fixed the subfloor which helps us feel a lot safer. They even helped us get a plumber fast when our pipes starting breaking while they did the repair. They kept a clean work site as they went which was wonderful! They certainly showed that they cared to do a good job and for that I am appreciative. We love our new floors and am so happy we went with artistic flooring❤️

I will recommend them to anyone who needs flooring work and wouldn't if I wasn't sure you were going to be happy with the results. Billy, Deanna, Anthony and Caleb were very professional from the start. They were on time, detail oriented, answered questions and clean up was great too, everyday.
